About Shivani Mehta
Shivani was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. She joined the Center for Resuscitation Science as an intern while completing her undergraduate at Boston University and recently received her B.A. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology with a minor in Public Health. Shivani worked as an EMT at BUEMS and as an Applied Behavior Analysis Instructor at Boston ABA, helping children with autism and other intellectual disabilities develop independent living skills and foster social engagement. She has conducted basic science research in the Systems Biology of Gene Regulation Laboratory and is excited to continue clinical research as a research assistant with the team.
